Cultural Influences on Negotiations between the Chinese and the British in Higher Educational Settings in the UK - Juniper publishers
Journal of Trends in Technical and Scientific Research Introduction This research was carried out to investigate the cultural differences between the Chinese and British people and how these affect negotiations between them in higher education settings at Sheffield Hallam University UK. A lot is documented in the literature from researches on culture and negotiation in the context of the Chinese and Westerners (Europeans and North Americans). This research is a contribution to knowledge on the influence of culture on negotiations between the Chinese people and the British in higher educational settings in particular and how they manage their cultural differences and the styles adopted during negotiations.
